It's almost ironic that the Peak is not named from it's mountains or lack of. Rather, it's named after an anglo-saxon tribe.
Regardless, I like this image, it symbolizes the harsher shapes & coarse texture under our skin when we climb in the Peak. Taken from the Late Junction boulder problem at Curbar this photograph captures around 5 inches of gritstone within the frame.
All images are Giclee prints, printed onto the highest quality Hahnemuhle German Etching paper at 310gsm to best preserve the detail in the rock, making for a more organic & natural finish.
